Harbour cruise bookings typically last 3-4 hours. Additional cruising time can be arranged for an extra hourly fee. Extensions for private charters are subject to the captain's discretion and availability of the vessel.

Pick-up and drop-off are included at the time of booking. Any changes or additional wharf bookings will incur a $50 fee per wharf.

Yes, for exclusive Harbour cruise bookings, you can provide a preferred playlist for our DJ. For ticketed special events, you can request songs on the night.

Guests should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled boarding time. Harbour cruises depart the wharf strictly 15 minutes after the scheduled time, as per NSW Maritime wharf booking rules. If you miss the boat, a water taxi is the only way to get on board.

Refer to our terms and conditions for specific refund details. Generally, with ample notice, we can offer a full refund or postpone your event. We aim to accommodate cancellations, especially in cases of bereavement or tragedy. Please call or email us for more information.

Yes, you can adjust group sizes up to 14 days prior to the cruise. However, changes may affect the total payable amount. For special events like New Year’s Eve and Australia Day, increasing guest numbers is subject to seat availability. For Christmas parties, changes can be made up to 30 days prior. Finalize your numbers on time. Special events require full payment and confirmed numbers at booking.

A $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required for exclusive Harbour cruises. Certain events may also require a bond, which will be discussed at the time of booking.

A booking can be held for 7 days without a deposit. However, payment is necessary to secure the package and date you want.
